Behind the scenes : Gathering rare herbs for "The table of Mathieu"
You will no doubt be surprised when you soon take a seat at Mathieu's table.
Mathieu and David visited the herb grower to taste and select the rarest herbs to use in dishes for the monthly "tafel van Mathieu".
Our gardens and terraces are starting to look more and more like a horticultural business, because yes, we want to grow some of the herbs ourselves too ;-)
